Mentega 150g
Marjerin 150g
Teung biasa 150g
Tepung Super fine 150g
Perasa pisang 1tsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Baking soda 1/8tsp
Bahan B
Mash banana 150g
Glycerine 30g
Susu full cream 50ml
Bahan C
Telur A 240g ( 4biji )
Gula 230g
Cara:
1. Whisk bahan C – high speed 3 mnt, medium 1 mnt . Test –titis perlahan
2. Guna K bitter – pukul bahan-bahan A – slow 1 mnt, medium 4 minit (half way, scrap tepi)
3. Masukkan bahan B perlahan-lahan. Machine pukul perlahan.
4. Tambahkan perasa pisang. Boleh tambah serbuk kayu manis jika suka.
5. Tambahkan bahan C, pukul slow & scrap. Pukul lagi untuk 1mnt slowly.
6. Masuk dlm Loyang – lapik kertas & x perlu lanser
7. Bakar 160°C-170°C selama 40mnt.
