Butter cream

Kek yang dibuat menggunakan butter cream... hasil dari tangan ku...

Juga kek dari butter cream dari Ila Batu Kurau

Butter Cream

Butter 500g

Margerine500g

Creamwell 500g

Sugar syrup / susu pekat manis 750g

Method:

1. Whip butter, margarine, creamwell at high speed using K beater until creamy & light.

2. Add sugar/susu & mix well

Sugar syrup

Sugar 1kg

Water 600ml

Citric acid 2g

Method:

1. Boil sugar, water & citric acid at 115°C.

2. Simmer for 45 mins at low heat
